LEONARD BERNSTEIN AND THE DP ORCHESTRA
In May 1948, the composer and conductor Leonard Bernstein arrives in Germany. At his own request, he insists on giving a concert in the DP camps in Landsberg and Feldafing. It becomes a moving event. 70 years later, on 10 May 2018, authors, filmmakers, musicians, composers, family members of musicians from the USA, Europe and Israel travel to Landsberg again and experience incredible things. www.WDC-Award.org

In 2014, Wolfgang Hauck founded the cultural and art association dieKunstBauStelle e. V. in Landsberg am Lech.
